ezITsolutions is pleased to announce that we are upgrading hosting providers for all of our websites over the next month or two. There are several reasons for the upgrade. The new servers have more hard drive space, more memory, a faster processor and a more advanced operating system. We are also proud to announce that we are now offering Windows and Linux web hosting. Please keep reading for more information, and important links to support videos that will help you during this transition.
The new servers will allow us to continue to expand our client base while having no impact on our current clients (except a better server, of course!). The new servers offer a 30 minute hardware replacement guarantee (the old server had a 1 hour hardware replacement). Basically this means that if something fails, like a hard drive – a new drive will be installed and the server will be back online within 30 minutes!
Each client will be contacted within the next month with upgrade instructions. Overall the upgrade requires little to no effort by each client and should be fairly seamless.
